Andre Agassi

Tennis legend and founder, The Andre Agassi Foundation

Andre Agassi is one of the most renowned tennis players in the world. During his 21 year long tennis career, Agassi won 60 men’s single titles, including eight Grand Slam singles championships. A former world number one, he is the only male player in the world to have won all four Grand Slam titles and an Olympic gold medal.

Agassi Enterprises provides business management, sports marketing and financial investment strategies for Andre Agassi. The company is focused on building lifestyle businesses through endorsement relationships, joint venture investments and real estate development. The private company, established in 1993, is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. Andre Agassi is also the founder of the Andre Agassi Foundation, a non-profit that is dedicated to transforming U.S. public education for underserved youth.

James W. Fields

Partner & CFO of Klingenstein, Fields & Co., LLC

James joined Klingenstein, Fields & Co. in 2003 to oversee the private investments and act as the CFO of Klingenstein, Fields & Co., a New York City based investment advisory firm. In addition to being a member of the viagogo Board, James serves on several private company Boards including Outcast Media, Index IQ, Bottlenotes, and Electronic Shipping Solutions.

Post receipt of his graduate degree James was an investment officer and CFO of the private equity group within Citigroup Alternative Investments. Prior to that, he was a Senior Strategic Analyst with the National Football League working on franchise sales, stadium financings, and other League analytical projects. He subsequently joined the N.Y. Jets/The Johnson Company as the Strategic and Financial Advisor to the winning bidder for $635 million purchase of the N.Y. Jets franchise. James began his career at J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc. in the leveraged finance department structuring deals and analyzing capital structures for domestic and international clients.

James graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with a B.A. in Economics. He received an M.B.A. with honors in entrepreneurial management and finance from The Wharton School.

Dave Goldberg

Entrepreneur

Dave Goldberg is an accomplished entrepreneur, an influential music industry executive, and a driving force in the online music industry. He co-founded LAUNCH Media Inc. in 1994, which was dedicated to delivering music and music-related content online, and he led the company through its acquisition by Yahoo! in 2001.

Upon joining Yahoo!, Dave served as vice president and general manager of Yahoo! Music, where he led the company’s global music operations and built it into the Internet’s number one music destination. During his tenure, traffic increased from two million to 25 million unique users per month, and 4 billion music videos were streamed in 2006 alone. In addition, LAUNCHcast Radio became the number one Internet radio service, and Dave was named one of Billboard Magazine’s top power players in digital music.

Prior to co-founding LAUNCH, Dave was director of marketing strategy and new business development at Capitol Records in Los Angeles. In that role, he was responsible for the development of new multimedia distribution methods and the creation of alternative channels through which music and new artists could be effectively marketed to consumers.

Dave graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and government. He is a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences.

Stefanie Graf

Tennis legend and founder, The Children for Tomorrow Foundation

During her 17-year tennis career, Graf won 22 Grand Slam titles and is the only player to have won all of the Grand Slam events at least four times each. In 1988 she won a famous ‘Golden Slam,’ winning all four Grand Slam singles titles plus the Olympic gold medal. Graf was ranked number one for a record 377 weeks, including 186 in a row.

Stefanie Graf Ventures is a private company that manages the business and financial investments of Stefanie Graf. The company is focused on building lifestyle businesses through endorsement relationships, joint venture investments and real estate development. The company is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Stefanie Graf is also the founder of the Children for Tomorrow Foundation, a non-profit that provides assistance to children and families who are victims of war, persecution and violence.

Brent Hoberman

Founder and former Chairman of lastminute.com

Brent Hoberman co-founded Lastminute.com, an online travel and leisure business, in 1998. Mr. Hoberman remained as CEO of Lastminute.com Ltd. through 2005, when the company was sold to Sabre, the owners of Travelocity.

Previously Mr. Hoberman was a Senior Associate at Spectrum Strategy Consultants, a media and telecom strategy consultancy. He held business development responsibilities at Line One, an Internet service provider owned by News International, British Telecom and United News & Media. Brent was part of the founding team of the UK on-line auction company, QXL.com plc.

Guy Oseary

Music Manager

Guy Oseary manages music industry stars as Madonna and Lenny Kravitz.

He began his career in the entertainment business at what was to become Maverick Records when he was only 17. He rose quickly through the ranks to chairman of the label and guided them to sell over 100 million albums worldwide and secured its spot as one of the industry's leading boutique record labels.

In 2005 Guy became the manager for his longtime business partner Madonna and guided her through the 2006 “Confessions” worldwide tour, one of the top-grossing tours of all time.

He negotiated the most talked about and groundbreaking deal in the music business by partnering Madonna with Live Nation, the number one touring promotion company in the world.

Danny Rimer

Danny Rimer joined Index Ventures in 2002 and established the firm’s London office. His investment interests include Internet infrastructure software and services. He currently serves on a number of boards including viagogo, Last.fm, FON, MySQL, Oanda, Spot Runner, Stardoll and Lovefilm. He previously was a director of KVS (now Veritas), Mediasurface (AIM: MSR), Neoteris (now Juniper) and Skype (now eBay).

Prior to joining Index, Danny was a general partner of The Barksdale Group, where he invested in a dozen companies including CrossGain (now BEA), myCFO (now Bank of Montreal), Ofoto (now Kodak) and TellMe.

Prior to joining The Barksdale Group, Danny was Managing Director in Hambrecht & Quist’s (now JP Morgan) Equity Research Group and was responsible for the firm’s Internet practice. At H&Q, Danny was the underwriting analyst for companies including Amazon, CheckPoint, CNET, Netscape, and Verisign. He also sponsored direct investments in over 20 companies.

He holds an A.B from Harvard College.

David Rosenblatt

Chairman Group Commerce Inc.

From 2005 through 2008, David Rosenblatt served as the CEO of DoubleClick, the leading provider of digital marketing technology and services. Prior to becoming CEO, David held several executive positions at DoubleClick, including President from 2000 – 2005. He joined the company in 1997.

Following David's sale of the company to Google in 2007 for $3.1 billion, he served as Google's President of Global Display Advertising until 2009. He is currently focused on working with early stage digital media companies, including Group Commerce Inc, of which he is Chairman, and Narrative Science, Inc.

David is also a board member of Twitter, IAC/InterActive Corp and GSI Commerce.

Mr. Rosenblatt graduated from Yale University and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Ian Todd

President IMG International

Ian Todd is responsible for leading and growing IMG's global business development activities in Sports & Entertainment and IMG Media's international production, rights and distribution business. He is also a member of IMG's Senior Management Committee and IMG's Board of Directors.

Prior to IMG, he worked for Nike Inc. as Vice President, Global Sports Marketing, where he was responsible for Nike's sports marketing operations around the world. His many achievements include negotiating the landmark deal for Nike to sponsor Manchester United FC, which included worldwide merchandising and licensing rights for the Premiership club.

Alex Zubillaga

Senior Advisor at Rhone Group

Prior to joining Rhone Group as Senior Advisor, Mr. Zubillaga was Executive Vice President Digital Strategy and Business Development for Warner Music Group, where he was responsible for developing and overseeing WMG's global digital business.

Through a series of ground breaking partnerships, Mr. Zubillaga established WMG as the clear digital leader in the industry.

Before joining WMG, Mr Zubillaga was a co-founder of Lexa Partners. In 2003, Lexa Partners led the buyout of WMG from Time Warner.

From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Zubillaga was founder and chairman of Net Uno, a leading Venezuelan cable television and telephone operator.

Mr Zubillaga received a BS in Business Administration from Babson College.
