Where do I enter my username?

Our new site no longer requires you to have a username. You can use your e-mail address instead to sign in. If you don't remember the e-mail address used to create your account you can enter the username into the e-mail address field when signing in.

Why do ticket prices vary?
Availability and prices of tickets on the viagogo ticket exchange are driven by individual sellers and market demand, not by viagogo.

Face value is the expression used to refer to the price printed on the "face" of the ticket, i.e. the price it is sold for on the primary market. This price is determined by the concert tour promoter, the club or organizer of the event.

The face value of a ticket can differ from the selling price, because the tickets on viagogo are sold at "market value". This is the price a consumer is willing to pay for a ticket to a specific event.

If the event is in high demand, the selling price is likely to be higher than the face value on the ticket and vice versa.

Where are my tickets?
The seller of your tickets will typically receive them from the event organisers 7 days ahead the event. Sometimes they get them earlier, but as it varies between companies, this is a reasonable timeframe to expect.

The sellers will then ship them on to you and you will be notified by email as soon as they have been dispatched. This e-mail will include a tracking number, which you can use to monitor the status of your tickets en route at any time. So please just sit back, relax and wait for your tickets to arrive!

Please note: we are not always able to change the delivery address once the order has been placed (as it depends on the status of your order) so if you need to change your delivery address please contact us immediately.

In the unlikely event your tickets have not arrived 72 hours before the event starts, please contact us.

I have a question about the event I want to go to
We provide a marketplace platform for buyers and sellers to meet. The tickets offered on our website come from a variety of sources, including consumers with tickets to events they can no longer attend, artists who are raising money for charity and professional ticket re-sellers.

Please note that we do not hold any information about artists as we simply offer this platform for members to buy and sell tickets. For more information on a particular artist or band (e.g. future event dates, age minimum), we would suggest that you try their official website to show this information.

Events are listed as soon as their tickets become available on the primary market, and sellers can put their tickets up for sale as soon as the event has been listed. For this reason, inventory changes hourly as new sellers list their tickets for sale.

Please make sure you check back regularly, as tickets may be posted any time until the event is over at which point it is removed from the site.

Important information about your delivery address
To ensure guaranteed delivery, all of our delivery methods require a signature to confirm receipt.

When selecting a delivery address it is worth remembering that sellers of your tickets will typically receive them from the event organisers 7 days ahead the event. If your address will be different to your usual one this close to the event (e.g. because you are travelling to a different city/country), please Contact us as soon as possible to let us know.

Please note that you do not have to give your home address as the location for delivery, you can also have the tickets delivered to your office, or even to your neighbour if you are not at home yourself.

We are not always able to change the delivery address once the order has been placed, so please choose your delivery address carefully when completing your ticket order, taking the above into consideration.

Once again, if you do need to change it nearer the time, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accomodate.

How can I cancel my ticket (e.g. can no longer attend the event)?
Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel, change or exchange an order after you have submitted it.

All submitted orders are considered final. If you decide you do not want the tickets you ordered, you can always offer them for sale on our site again. To learn more about selling on viagogo, please visit our website on www.viagogo.co.uk or read the following steps:

1. Sign In/Register
If you are new to viagogo you will be asked to register
If you are already a member please sign in
All sellers and buyers must register with viagogo in order to use the service

2. Guarantee Your Tickets
You will be asked to enter your credit card or bank account details
Entering your card or bank details allows us to validate your identity to minimise fraud and creates a better experience for all users
You will only be charged if there is seller fraud

3. Enter Your Ticket Details
Enter all the specifics about the tickets you are selling i.e. how many, section, row and any additional information that may be helpful

4. Complete Your Listing
Finish with choosing the type of listing you would like to create
Fixed Price
Auction
or Declining Price (allow your price to decline over time)

5. Select your price
Select your payment method i.e. confirm if you would like the proceeds of your sale to be paid to your preferred payment method or donated to charity

Click FINISH. You are done!

6. Send Your Tickets
Once a buyer purchases your tickets, viagogo sends you an email informing you of the sale.
viagogo supports all delivery by providing you with a pre-paid airbill and/or instructions in order to get your tickets to the buyer on time.
viagogo takes care of all payment and customer service and you will not get any emails or phone calls from any potential buyers.

7. We Guarantee Your Transaction
Just as we guarantee the buyer will receive the tickets, viagogo guarantees the seller will get paid after the tickets have been sold and delivered accurately. Your payment will be sent to you seven to ten business days after the delivery, guaranteed!

Can I list for an event that's happening soon?
We allow sellers to list for events when there is enough time for us to guarantee ticket delivery ahead of the event. If you would like to list tickets for an event happening soon, please try to list tickets in the usual way by finding the event and date, then clicking 'Sell'.

You will either be taken through the listing process, or you will see the error message 'Either we cannot provide delivery from the tickets' current location or there is not enough time to guarantee delivery in time for the event'.

If you see this message it unfortunately means that we do not feel there is enough shipping lag time for us to guarartee the order to buyers, so you will not be able to list for that event.

What is the seller service fee?
Listing tickets and modifying listings is free on viagogo.

Once your tickets are sold, there is a service fee of 10% (plus VAT on the service fee) in order to cover our costs for providing the tools and the platform for sellers to reach millions of potential buyers.

This fee is indicated on the confirmation page as well as in the confirmation email, and will simply be subtracted from your payment when your tickets sell. Therefore, when setting your price, please keep this fee in mind.

As per our Terms & Conditions, you as the seller are responsible for determining whether you are required to account for VAT on the sale of your ticket. If so, please include the VAT (i.e. total price) when setting ticket prices on the website. Please note that this is separate from any VAT which viagogo is required to charge.

When will I get paid?
Your payment will be initiated 7-10 business days after we have confirmation of the following:

- Your tickets have been delivered i.e. your package was delivered via carrier tracking for on-time delivery

- Or your package was picked up by our couriers for Same Day Sales

- Or (in case of pick-up at event) the event has taken place

- All tickets delivered are exactly as ordered

You will receive an email confirming successful payment as soon as it has gone through.

Please note that this delay in payment allows us to protect the interest of our buyers and sellers, as it gives the buyer one week from shipment confirmation to refute the validity of the tickets.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this delay and appreciate your understanding that it makes this site more secure and improves the overall experience for both buyers and sellers.

Can I remove / cancel / amend my listing?
Pre-confirmation, you can always change your mind and edit / cancel / remove tickets listings yourself. Please be aware of the following:

- You immediately need to delete the tickets from your account.
- You cannot delete any tickets if they have already been purchased or if a bid has already been placed on them.
- If you do not delete a ticket from your account before a buyer has purchased them, you may be liable for the difference in replacement cost to obtain alternate tickets.

Removing your tickets from the site is easy - simply follow these steps:

- Go to "My Account" (located on the top of your browser window)

- Log in with your username and password

- Once in your account, go into the section under "Listings" called "Active Tickets"

- Select the "Delete" option from the drop down menu in the box - Choose the ticket you would like to delete and click "Go"

- You will be asked "Do you really want to delete all these listings?" - make sure they really are the tickets you wanted to delete and then click "Delete"

If you decide to go yourself - enjoy the event!

Sellers must enter their tracking number to get paid
Sellers are required to enter their tracking number through their Account listings within 12-24 hours of posting. The buyer will receive an email with this tracking number, which enables them to track their order and provides viagogo with proof they are shipped and delivered.

Entering the tracking number is also necessary for your payment to be initiated, and failing to do so may cause complications and delays.

If you have not entered your tracking number and have an outstanding payment, please contact us and once we are sure that the tickets have been delivered correctly, we will initiate your payment. However, this may result in major delays of your payment.
