When will I receive my tickets

Tickets are normally dispatched one to two weeks before the event. This is because each promoter sends their tickets out at different times.

We encourage sellers to send you the tickets as soon as they have received them. You should expect to receive the tickets 3 days before the event. We monitor all transactions and step in to find replacement tickets should a problem arise with your order. As soon as your tickets have been posted, you will receive an email from us confirming the delivery method and the tracking number under which your tickets have been sent.

Tickets for international addresses are sent using fast and reliable shipping methods and should be received in time for you to travel to the event.

Should the date of the concert be quickly approaching and you have travel arrangements planned, please get in contact with us and provide us with a complete substitute delivery address, as well as the check in date and name. Alternatively if you have not received your tickets 72 hours before the event, please Contact Us.
