If you bought incorrect tickets
If you realise upon delivery that the tickets you have received were not the ones you were expecting (e.g. different row), please check the details of your order in My Account
and Contact Us within 24 hours of delivery.
If the seller has dispatched incorrect tickets, we will work to get them reissued or substituted for correct ones in time for the event.
If the tickets received match your order and it was a mistake on your part, unfortunately we are not able to issue substitute tickets or a refund. Please make sure you check all the details of your purchase in the final step of ordering before you click "Buy Tickets", to avoid further disappointment.
