Contact delivery company for missed deliveries

If you are not at home when your tickets are delivered, the delivery company will leave a message for you, asking you to contact them.

You can then get in touch with them and arrange a new delivery date to make sure you receive your tickets in time for the event. Alternatively somebody else might be able to receive the delivery for you.
