Your expected 'tickets in hand' date changed

When you list tickets, you are prompted to enter an expected date you will receive the tickets in hand if you do not have them already. If this date changes for any reason, please Contact Us immediately, so we can pass this information on to the buyer.

Sellers are required to enter their tracking number through their Account listings within 12-24 hours of posting. The buyer will receive an email with this tracking number, which enables them to track their order and provides viagogo with proof they are shipped and delivered.

Entering the tracking number is also necessary for your transaction to be updated, therefore for your payment to be initiated, and failing to do so may cause complications and delays. For e-tickets, you do not need to worry about entering any data, since uploading the e-tickets on the website will automatically update your transaction.

If you have not entered your tracking number and have an outstanding payment, please Contact Us and once we are sure that the tickets have been delivered correctly, we will initiate your payment. However, this may result in major delays of your payment.

If you think you may not receive the tickets in time to deliver to the buyer, by contacting us early we can work together to make sure that we fulfil each order agreed upon and thereby make sure that you are paid for each transaction and so keep both you and the buyer informed and happy.
