"Fully sold" status

A ticket will show up as "Fully Sold" as soon as you confirmed the sale.

However, payment for this transaction will only be made five to eight business day after the event, when we have confirmation of the following:

  • Your package was delivered via carrier tracking for on-time delivery
  • Or your package was picked up by our couriers for Same Day Sales
  • All tickets delivered are exactly as ordered

This delay allows us to protect the interest of our buyers and sellers, as it gives the buyer one week from shipment confirmation to refute the validity of the tickets.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this delay and appreciate your understanding that it makes this site more secure.

Once payment has been made to your PayPal/bank account, we will send you an email confirming this.
