Seller payment not received after 8 days?
If you have not received your payment eight business days after the event, and your tickets have delivered to the buyer, please Contact Us and we will look into this for you.
Please note that you will only receive payment eight business days after we have confirmation of one of the following:
Your package was delivered via carrier tracking for on-time delivery Or your package was picked up by our couriers for Same Day Sales Or (in case of pick-up at event) The event has taken place and All tickets delivered are exactly as ordered
This delay allows us to protect the interest of our buyers and sellers, as it gives the buyer one week from shipment confirmation to refute the validity of the tickets. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this delay and appreciate your understanding that it makes this site more secure.
