Buyer checklist
- Make sure you enter your email address correctly
- Check your emails regularly
- Make sure there is enough space in your inbox to receive our emails

- Make sure your payment method is valid, i.e. that is to say that there is enough money on your account, and that the data you have provided is correct.
- Make sure the delivery address is correct
- Double check to make sure you've chosen the correct date when selecting a ticket
- Don't give out your password to anyone
- Choose your delivery address carefully; someone must be present at this address to sign for the delivery
- Once you have received the tickets, immediately check they are correct, i.e. event, number of tickets, date
- Keep your tickets safe
