Your delivery address requires a signature

To ensure guaranteed delivery, all of our delivery methods require a signature to confirm receipt.

When selecting a delivery address it is worth remembering that sellers of your tickets will typically receive them from the event organisers 7 days ahead of the event. If your address will be different to your usual one this close to the event (e.g. because you are travelling to a different city/country), please Contact Us as soon as possible to let us know.

Please note that you do not have to give your home address as the location for delivery, you can also have the tickets delivered to your office, or even to your neighbour if you are not at home yourself.

We are not always able to change the delivery address once the order has been placed, so please choose your delivery address carefully when completing your ticket order, taking the above into consideration.

Once again, if you do need to change it nearer the time, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
