Cancelled events explained for sellers
If an event has unfortunately been cancelled and no alternate date provided, we will contact you and your buyer to both let you know.
If the buyer has already received the tickets, they will be asked to return them to us immediately and we will then post them on to you, so you are able to claim a refund back from the event organiser.
