If you suspect ticket fraud

In order to be able to guarantee your tickets, each seller has to register their credit card details before listing any tickets. Thereby, we know the identity of our sellers and are also able to charge them for any costs occurring due to fraud, abuse or mistakes on their behalf.

In any case of ticket fraud, you should Contact Us immediately and let us know what the problem is. We will then initiate a search for the correct tickets or replacement tickets, and will be charging the seller for any incurring costs.

We also have the right to ban sellers from trading on our website if attempts at fraud are discovered.
