Under 'admin hold' explained

In My Account under "Admin Hold" you will find tickets that have been put on hold. They might for example be in the process of being purchased for one of our Corporate clients and we need to confirm the price before we can complete the sale.

Tickets should only be placed on "Admin hold" for a maximum of 48 hours, or less than 4 hours if the event is less than a week away. If you find your listing is on hold for longer than this, please Contact Us and we will check the reason and reinstate the listing immediately.
