Forgotten password
Don't worry if you forget your username or password - you will still be able to access your account.
Go to "Sign In/Register" on the top of your browser window and click on the link "Forgot your password?" After entering your username or your e-mail you will then be asked to answer the password recovery question you chose when you registered. Once you've done this, a temporary password will be sent to the email address you have listed on the account.
Make sure you visit the My Account section on the site to change your password into a personal password again.
