When do I have to ship my tickets?

When you list tickets, you are prompted to enter a ticket availability date; the date you expect to receive the tickets if you do not have them already. Penalties may apply if you fail to deliver the tickets by the specified availability date you have selected.

Please note that the tickets will often not be released until 1-2 weeks before the event date, which is perfectly normal. If you are unsure when you will receive them, please enter a date 1-2 weeks before the event.

If you have already confirmed a transaction with an inaccurate ticket availability date, please ignore the email you may have received from us requesting dispatch of the tickets.

If you are concerned that you have not yet received the tickets nearer the time, please contact us and we can work with you to ensure safe delivery to the buyer in time for the event.
