Cheque lost in the post
If you have opted to be paid by cheque, it is possible that it could get lost cheque in the post. If this happens, we will contact you to give you some options:
Our credit department could resend the cheque that was lost. We would suggest that you change your default payment method to BACS transfer which is a direct bank transfer. It is free and quick and we would be able to get your payment to you much faster and you would avoid the cancellation fee.
To change your default payment method, simply log into your account and click on 'Payment methods' under 'Settings'.
Once you have set up BACS transfer please Contact Us and we will re-initiate your payment, direct to your bank account.
