If you have the tickets in hand, the tickets are in your possession, ready to be shipped and delivered. Therefore, your tickets will be highlighted to buyers as available for immediate delivery, improving your chance of selling quickly. By choosing this option, you are committing to delivering them within 3 business days of them selling.

Don't worry, you can still list tickets, even if you haven't received them yet.

If your tickets are not in your possession ready to be delivered, then let us know when you conservatively believe they will be ready to deliver to potential buyers. You can do this during the listing process, by ticking the box underneath "Ticket Availability" and entering the estimated date when your tickets will be ready for delivery.

If your tickets sell, you will be required to send them as soon as you receive them. We will inform the buyers when they can expect to receive the tickets according to your ticket availability.
