Refunding a submitted order
Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel, change or exchange an order after you have submitted it.
All orders are considered final once you submit your order.
If you decide you do not want the tickets you ordered, or you would like to upgrade to better tickets, you can always offer your tickets for sale on our site again and buy new tickets in a separate transaction.
