Why sellers must confirm

A confirmation is necessary for any sale to be completed. Your confirmation will trigger the next step in the transaction, meaning that you will receive an email with delivery instructions and the delivery process can begin.

We will follow up on all sales and will contact you should you not confirm the sale within the agreed time frame of three business days. If you continue to avoid confirming the sale, we may be forced to put all your listings on hold.
