Collecting tickets by 'Pick up'
If your delivery method for a transaction is 'Pick Up', please note that when picking up your tickets, you will need to bring a valid proof of ID, the confirmation email, as well as proof of your payment method.
This is to make sure that the tickets will be distributed to the correct person, and to prevent any misunderstandings or fraud.
The proof of ID must include a photograph, so this can either be a passport or a driver's licence.
