Incorrect payment details

Sometimes we try to pay sellers by via Direct Credit (Bank Transfer) and unfortunately, the transaction is not completed successfully because incorrect/incomplete bank account information was supplied to us.

If you have not received your payment after 10 days from the buyer's receipt of tickets, please edit your BACS payment method to update the information. You can do this by signing into My Account and editing your BACS payment method under "Payment Methods". Please make sure that there are no "special characters" in your account name, since that will not be accepted by the bank.

Once you have updated the information, please Contact Us so that we can reinitiate payment.
