Sellers must enter their tracking number to get paid

Sellers are required to enter their tracking number through their Account listings within 12-24 hours of posting. The buyer will receive an email with this tracking number, which enables them to track their order and provides viagogo with proof they are shipped and delivered.

Entering the tracking number is also necessary for your transaction to be updated and therefore for your payment to be initiated. Failing to do so may cause complications and delays.

If you have not entered your tracking number and have an outstanding payment, please contact us. Once we are sure that the tickets have been delivered correctly, we will initiate your payment. However, this may result in major delays of your payment.
