'Pending confirmation' explained

In the My Account section, under "Pending Confirmation" you will find any recent purchases that you made

Please be assured your order is in hand and you will receive your tickets in time for the event. Tickets are normally released by event organisers one to two weeks before the event. As soon as your tickets have been shipped by the seller you will receive confirmation by e-mail, along with the tracking number.

If you are travelling soon and need to update your address, please click here for details. To help us ensure prompt delivery of your tickets please:

  • Check you have provided us with your correct delivery address
  • Check someone will be able to sign for these tickets when they arrive - this can be any address (home, work etc)
  • Rest assured that we are working closely with the seller of your tickets and provided your address is correct you will receive them in time for the event.

    Please do not contact us before this time as tickets cannot be dispatched any earlier.
