'Pending Shipment' explained
In the My Account section, under "Pending Shipment" you will find any purchases you made that have not yet been scanned in by one of our shipping providers.
If your order is showing as pending shipment, it simply means that the seller has not yet sent the tickets off. As soon as the tickets are scanned in by the shipping provider, they will be listed under "En Route".
