Sellers managing their personal details
To manage your personal details, simply click on My Account (located at the top of your browser window) and sign in with your username and password. Under "Settings" you will find sub-categories where you can edit, add or change the following:
"Account Info"
Includes first and last name, phone number, email address, preferred currency. Here you can also change your password.
"Addresses"
Manage your saved addresses
"Payment Methods"
Add and edit your preferred methods of receiving payment or paying for tickets
"Pick Up Identities"
If your tickets have to be physically picked up, add or edit names of the person who will pick up the tickets. viagogo always need the correct information to ensure that your delivery will be secure
