Sellers - how to manage inventory
Modifying your ticket listings on viagogo is easy - simply log into My Account (located at the top of your browser window). Sign in with your username and password.
Under "Listings" you will find sub-categories where you can edit and view listings that you have made:
"Active Tickets" - lists all your tickets that are available to buy or bid on
"Inactive Tickets" - lists all your tickets that are not available to buy or bid on. You can move them to "Active" from here
"Admin Hold" - tickets that viagogo has put on hold for administration purposes
"Pending Ticket Return" - this function is not available yet
"Fully Sold" - tickets that you have sold and where you have been paid for
"Expired" - tickets that have not been sold by the listing end date
Please note that you cannot modify listings that are up for auction after a bid has been placed on them.
Under "Sales" you will find sub-categories where you can view and make changes to information regarding your sales history:
"Pending Confirmation" - purchases that have been made that need confirmation by you
"Pending Shipment" - Sales that have been confirmed by you, but where the tickets have not been scanned in by our delivery providers or have not started their delivery process
"En Route" - sales where the tickets have started their delivery process and are on their way to be delivered
"Pending Payment" - sales that have been received by the buyer and are waiting to be paid to you
"Complete" - purchases that have been delivered accurately and payment made
"Issue" - attempted purchases where a problem exists and payment has not been settled
"Cancelled" - purchases where the transaction has been cancelled
My Account - Payments
The "Payments" tab shows the payments that have been made to you.
