When do i have to ship tickets?

When you list tickets, you are prompted to enter a ticket availability date; the date you expect to receive the tickets if you do not have them already.

Please note that the tickets will often not be released until 1-2 weeks before the event date, which is perfectly normal. If you are unsure when you will receive them, please enter a date 1-2 weeks before the event.

If you are concerned that you have not yet received the tickets nearer the time, please contact us and we can work with you to ensure safe delivery to the buyer in time for the event.
