If you are travelling to the event and you need to update us with a new address as the event gets nearer, please follow these steps:
- Log on to My Account
- Go to the Purchases tab in My Account and then the 'Pending Shipment' section.
- Select the transaction that applies to the address change and from the drop down list on the right, choose 'Change Delivery Address'
- Click the green 'Go' button
This request will be submitted to our Customer Services team as a priority. We will contact your seller to double check they have not sent your tickets yet and we'll e-mail you as soon as your transaction has been updated.
- Select a different delivery address from your account, or enter a new address.
- Submit your request
