Selling a type of mobile ticket and transferring it to the buyer
Follow these instructions to correctly deliver the Mobile transfer tickets you sold to the buyer
1. Go to your original ticket provider account and find the tickets you sold - this could be Ticketmaster, AXS, the team, venue, or another ticketing company.
3. Get the transfer info. There's 2 ways to find it:
1. Go to your original ticket provider account and find the tickets you sold - this could be Ticketmaster, AXS, the team, venue, or another ticketing company.
- Selling Mobile transfer tickets you bought on viagogo? The tickets will be stored in one of these third-party sites. Find the tickets that were originally transferred to you from your viagogo seller and continue these steps.
3. Get the transfer info. There's 2 ways to find it:
- Check the email we sent you when the tickets sold. Use the info in the 'Sale info' section of that email to transfer the tickets.
- On viagogo, go to 'My tickets' then My Sales and find your sale. Select 'Click to view Buyer info.'
- Go to 'My tickets' then Sales and find your sale
- Select 'See actions.' Do you see 'Confirm transfer'?
- You see 'Confirm transfer': Select 'Confirm transfer' to tell us you transferred the tickets. That's it!
- You don't see 'Confirm transfer': You’re all set! We’ll automatically confirm your order within 30 minutes of ticket transfer. You don't need to do anything else.
- 1. If it’s been more than 30 minutes: Make sure you transferred the tickets to the right email. If you typed it wrong, recall and re-transfer to the email we gave you. Wait another 30 minutes for the order to confirm.
